Our Improvement Strategy
The D&I Service have recently produced a D&I Service Improvement
Strategy. The purpose of the strategy is to set out how the department will
continuously create a thriving D&I service in the Trust. It supports the wider
digital strategy in terms of improving the service offered. It has five major
themes which are:
• People - To be a diverse community of engaged, dedicated, motivated
people who are supported to provide an exceptional service
• Operational Performance - To provide a high performing service
responsive to customer needs, and a secure and resilient architecture
• Finance and Governance - To be financially balanced, with strong
governance and appropriate investment, aligned to a strategic vision
• Programme and Project Delivery - To have a defined and deliverable
Roadmap aligned with the Trust's strategic and operational objectives
• Innovation - To be recognised as leaders in innovative practice and
quality improvement
